Allport Cargo Services (ACS) announced that it has entered a new joint venture with Ulusoy Logistics Group to enhance its transit services to and from Turkey and strengthen the pair’s competitive positioning in the country.
ACS will hold a 455 share in the joint venture whilst Ulusoy, an international logistics company owned by Alican Ulusoy, will take a 55% share.
ACS and Ulusoy will combine their expertise and resources to provide an enhanced level of service to their customer base, as well as a solid platform for further growth.
Together, ACS and Ulusoy will offer customers increased choice, efficiency and value for money with a fleet size of 1,500 vehicles and a network of road, sea and air freight forwarding services. They will cover 131 countries and will be served by a team of 21,000 employees, operating from 450 offices worldwide.
