Werner Enterprises announced additional management changes after its board of directors meeting in August 2015.
Greg Werner has announced his plans to retire as Chief Executive Officer. Accordingly, the Board of Directors elected founder and Chairman, C.L. Werner, as Chief Executive Officer. After the transition it is expected Greg Werner will retain his place on the board of directors.
Greg held a variety of positions within the company including VP of IT, President and most recently, CEO, a position he had held since 2007.
