Roadrunner Transportation Systems announced the expansion of its less-than-truckload services to include outbound service from Toronto.
Grant Crawford, President of Less-than-Truckload said, “We are excited to add outbound service from Toronto to meet the needs of our customers who require both inbound and outbound services. Toronto is a key market, which we already service with inbound freight, and our partnerships have given us the resources to expand services in both directions. We look forward to expanding services to additional Canadian markets in the future.”
In conjunction with the expansion of services, Roadrunner also announced the addition of John Geertsema as General Manager for Canada.
Geertsema has almost 40 years of cross-border sales experience in the truckload and less-than-truckload markets. He joins Roadrunner from FedEx Express Canada, where he was most recently Managing Director of Sales.
