SDV Thailand has announced the commencement of operations at the company’s new logistics centre located in the Bangplee area near Bankok, Thailand.
The new multi-user warehouse consists of 20,000 sq ft and is equipped with temperature-control systems to serve specialised retail industries such as cosmetics, fashion and luxury retails as well as e-commerce customers.
According to the announcement, the new logistics centre manages over 15,000 stock-keeping units (SKU) through radio frequency under a new Warehouse Management System (WMS), SQUARE.
Created for SDV under the name SQUARE, the WMS is expected to allow real-time data exchange between SDV and its customers.
