Gebrüder Weiss has announced a new logistics terminal in Singapore. The facility covers a total area of 10,000 sq m and is situated close to the Port of Singapore. The site operates under the name GW Logistics Pte. Ltd. The company has announced pland to expand its local range of services to include domestic transportation by the beginning of 2016.
With the addition of the Singapore facility, Gebrüder Weiss now covers the South-East Asian market in addition to those in the Middle East and China. In total, the company operates 22 sites in Asia under the Weiss-Röhlig brand including Tokyo, Shanghai, Hanoi and Dubai.
