Clipper Logistics is to process store-returned merchandise for Marks & Spencer, ensuring stock flows back into the M&S fulfilment centre at Castle Donnington, UK, where it will be ready for re-allocation.
Under the extended agreement, Clipper will provide stock handling capability and reprocessing at its Swadlincote facility, UK, ensuring that merchandise is presented ready for re-sale. The Clipper facility is now fully integrated with the M&S warehouse management system, provided by JDA Software, allowing full control and visibility of items throughout the process.
