Following the announcement on April 08, 2022, the CMA CGM Group has received European Union competition authorities approval and will be in a position to proceed with the integration of GEFCO into its logistics division. The exception to this is Morocco. GEFCO is a leader in automotive logistics and will allow to strengthen the range of logistics services of CEVA Logistics, especially in France and the rest of Europe.
