Coyote Logistics enhances its digital freight platform

Coyote has expanded its CoyoteGO digital freight platform and launched quote and ship features for fast, easy access to capacity.

Coyote Logistics, a UPS company, has launched its ‘Carrier of Choice’ programme which is part of its digital freight platform enhancements. The programme and digital enhancements have been designed with the aim to address the needs and challenges of shippers and carriers.

“Our goal is set shippers and carriers up for success in any market – whether it be deflationary, like today, or inflationary, as the Coyote Curve predicts it will be next year. By leveraging insights drawn from customer feedback when building our new service-based programmes and digital freight features and grounding them in a commitment to exceptional service, we are able to accomplish this goal,” said Jonathan Sisler, CEO of Coyote.

‘The Carrier of Choice Program’, rewards customers with access to benefits like instant load booking via and the CoyoteGO® mobile app. Recognised carriers who will fall into either Pack Carrier, Elite Carrier or Carrier of Choice tiers, based on meeting or exceeding service performance parameters can also receive faster payment in as little as two days, in addition to easier access to bids and tendering.

The service will provide shippers with more services and greater visibility across Coyote’s network of 70,000 carriers. Additionally, shippers will have access to the ‘My Facilities’ service, which houses over 100,000 facility reviews crowdsourced by drivers, and seamless API integrations for real-time spot quoting and tracking.
