Forto appoints Tammy Arnaud as Chief People Officer

Forto has announced the appointment of Tammy Arnaud as Chief People Officer. Tammy brings over 15 years of HR expertise from top-tier global companies, most recently serving as Head of HR for Uber’s Tech function across EMEA. Her strategic vision and leadership will be instrumental in scaling Forto’s innovative workforce and reinforcing its position as a trailblazer in digital logistics. 

Increasing Forto’s talent density

In her new role, Tammy will lead a team of 35 HR professionals, overseeing the people strategy for Forto’s 750 employees across 17 locations in Europe and Asia. She will spearhead the Talent Acquisition, People & Operations, Learning & Development, Total Rewards and People Analytics functions. As such, Tammy will implement robust performance and talent management processes while scaling Forto’s Tech center in Turkey. Furthermore, she will continue advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives while bolstering Forto’s employer branding efforts. All of these programs will work together to empower employees to realize their full potential, thereby increasing talent density.

Experience ranging from PepsiCo in Brazil to Uber in The Netherlands 

With over 15 years of experience spanning diverse industries and geographies, Tammy has held pivotal roles at renowned companies such as McDonald’s, PepsiCo, General Electric, Kroton, and Uber. Notably, as Head of HR Tech for EMEA at Uber, Tammy orchestrated people operations for over 500 employees across multiple tech disciplines and locations.
