GEFCO UK has announced that it will invest £10m in a new logistics facility in Liverpool to serve the needs of manufacturers.
Scheduled to open in August 2016, the 12,000 sq m site “marks the next step in the development of a blueprint for GEFCO’s supply chain excellence program which will be rolled out in other strategic locations worldwide.”
Zsolt Vecsera, Managing Director, GEFCO UK said, “This is a significant and exciting investment from GEFCO UK. We are delighted to be embarking on this journey to continue being a market leader in automotive sequencing and go from strength to strength.”
