The HOYER Group, a global provider of logistics solutions for the liquid bulk industry, announces the acquisition of the Chilean company INTER-TANK. With this strategic acquisition, the HOYER Group strengthens its market presence in Chile, its global network, and its capabilities in the liquid bulk and flexitank logistics sector.
INTER-TANK, based in Santiago de Chile, is a renowned provider of Flexitank logistics solutions in South America. This acquisition will significantly expand the regional presence of HOYER, and will offer more comprehensive and efficient logistics solutions to its customers.
