Mainfreight has announced the opening of a new 25,000 sq m warehouse in Zaltbommel, The Netherlands. Located on the De Wildeman business park, which is part of the Logistic Hotspot Rivierenland, it is strategically situated next to the motor highway A2 in order to provide extensive end–to-end European distribution services.
This increases Mainfreight’s European footprint to over 350,000 sq m of warehouse space.
The new warehouse was certified BREEAM Very Good standard. It offers space for the storage of hazardous goods (ADR Limited Quality), storage for aerosols and flammable liquids. It also provides a range of services including next to best-in-class storage and order picking processes, execution of multi-packs and display building.
