As consolidation in the speciality logistics industry grows, NGL are looking to expand its offering to its employees and customers by combining with a company whose focus is on speciality logistics.
This forms one of several strategic business moves made by MNX to support its global growth plan. With the acquisition, MNX are looking to increase its capabilities in international markets and support customers globally.
