NEOM Organics, a UK based wellbeing brand, has selected Wincanton as its dedicated supply chain partner.

The three-year contract builds on Wincanton’s expanding health, beauty and wellbeing retail eFulfilment portfolio which includes Molton Brown, Neal’s Yard Remedies, Sephora and Huda Beauty and utilises Wincanton’s £multi-million investment in a fleet of autonomous mobile robots (AMRs).

Operating from Wincanton’s 211,000 sq ft multi-user eFulfilment facility in Northampton, Wincanton will fulfil NEOM’s direct-to-consumer e-commerce orders, as well as orders through the UK’s biggest retailers, including John Lewis, Next and M&S, and via independent retailers.

Wincanton will also manage final mile deliveries to customers, utilising its carrier management service, and will provide value-added services, such as bespoke gifting.

Carl Moore, Managing Director for eFulfilment at Wincanton, commented: “Our track record with many leading beauty brands means we have the deep beauty sector knowledge required to support NEOM’s rapid growth ambitions over the next three years and beyond. Our agile multi-user facilities and robotics solutions enable us to quickly mobilise operations and increase the agility, resilience and efficiency of our eCommerce customers’ supply chains.  “We look forward to building a successful long-term partnership with NEOM Organics.”
