NTG Road & Logistics has announced the appointment of Nikolaj Meyland-Smith as Group Chief Operating Officer (COO) with responsibility for NTG’s logistics and Continental European road activities, effective January 20, 2025. This strategic addition to NTG’s Road & Logistics leadership team underscores NTG’s commitment to further strengthening operations and supports the company’s ambitious growth agenda.
Nikolaj Meyland-Smith brings vast experience across three key areas: General road transport, logistics solutions, and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). He has gained significant industry knowledge through senior leadership positions at DSV, Kuehne + Nagel and City Container. Furthermore, his involvement in M&A processes on both the buyer and seller side highlights his capability to foster growth.
As per January 20, 2025, NTG Road & Logistics’ organisational structure will feature Michael Larsen as Group COO, Road & Logistics, for the Nordic and Baltic regions, and Nikolaj Meyland-Smith as Group COO, Road & Logistics, for the logistics and Continental European road activities.
