The agreement was signed at Geopost’s headquarters in Paris by Yves Delmas (CEO of Geopost), Dr. Stephan Peters (Member of the Management Board of Rhenus Group), Rubén Ruiz (CEO of Overland Transport), and Nils Thiesen and Pedro López (Co-Managing Directors of Rhenus). This deal aims to strengthen Rhenus’s European presence, extending its home delivery services to 15 European countries.

Dr. Stephan Peters of Rhenus Group stated that entering the French home delivery market is a strategic expansion in Europe, targeting nearly 70 million potential customers in France. The goal is to develop a standardized European home delivery service to better serve their customers.

Fabien Jazmati, Managing Director of C Chez Vous, noted that Rhenus’s European footprint and expertise will enhance their service quality and sustainability efforts.

Rhenus has been in the home delivery business for 20 years and now offers full European market coverage. Founded in 2008, C Chez Vous became a majority-owned subsidiary of Geopost in 2022. It handles 1.4 million annual shipments, has 400 pick-up points, and operates in six countries, specialising in delivering goods over 30 kilograms to the point of use. The company will now operate under the brand “C Chez Vous powered by Geopost & Rhenus.”
