UPS teams up with ShopRunner


UPS has announced the addition of ShopRunner benefits to its My Choice programme. The service will provide consumers with a year of complimentary access to two-day shipping, returns at more than 100 retailers.

The My Choice service allows members to customise their delivery experience to suit their needs. Consumers can receive estimated arrival and progress alerts, sign for a package in advance, set vacation holds or change a delivery address to their workplace, a neighbour’s home or a nearby UPS Access Point location. Members can also provide instructions for their UPS driver on where to leave their packages.

Kevin Warren, UPS Chief Marketing Officer said: “We anticipate rolling out more loyalty-focused innovations on the UPS My Choice platform. The goal is to reward our members and add value to their experience when they do business with UPS.”
